Useful information for your stay at the Ferienhaus Rabl

Bread roll delivery service or breakfast on request
We gladly offer our guests a bread roll delivery service or continental breakfast during their stay at the Ferienhaus Rabl.
Internet
Wi-Fi internet access is about throughout our house.
Child-friendly facilities
On request we can gladly provide cots, highchairs, safety gates for the stairs and children’s crockery and cutlery for our younger guests.
Washing maching & dryer, iron & ironing board
Guests may use the washing machine (€ 3,00), the tumble dryer (€ 2,00) as well as the iron and ironing board provided on the ground floor.
Car park
You’ll find plenty of parking spaces in front of our house.
Garden
Make use of our extensive garden for sunbathing or playing with your children.
Fitness room
On the lower ground floor of our house you’ll find a fitness room wiht a variety of training equipment.
Pets
Your four-legged friends are also welcome. We charge € 5,00 per stay for dogs and cats.
Smoking
The whole of our house is non-smoking. We kindly aks you to observe that smoking is only permitted on the roof terrace and in the garden.
Resort taxes
Prices quoted are excluding resort tax (€ 1,60 per person per night).
End of stay cleaning
The fee for end of stay clening for the apartements is included in the apartment price. The fee for the use of the kitchen is € 35,00.
Arrival & departure
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival. Keys can be collected on site and we will show you to your apartment. Apartments are ready from 2.00 pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 11.00 am at the latest on day of departure.

Guided tours of the LOISIUM Wine Adventure World in Langenlois
Organisation of an appointment with Frau Elke Wallner-Zeinzinger:
- Hike of 2 – 3 hours. including wine tasting/herb snack from € 12,00 per person
- Cooking with wild herbs from € 18,00 per person (for min. of 6 persons)
- Green cosmetic courses for adults and schoolchildren
- Wild herb walk of 1 – 2 hours for schoolchildren from € 4,00 per child

Conditions of payment
We accept debit cards as well as all major credit cards.
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations made 1 week prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 50 percent of booked nights.
- For cancellations and changes made later or in the event of no-show incur a fee the full booking price will be charged.
We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter and look forward to your booking.
Travel insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrivao or early departure cancellation fees will be charged. To avoid any unnecesary costs we advise you take out traveil insurance.
Miscellaneous
All prices quoted are in EURO. Subject to change, errors and omissions excepted. The guest is personally liable for any damage caused in the apartment during his stay. The apartment owner is not liable for any temporary failure of fitments or public power supplies. There is no price reduction in this case. The same applies to acts of God .In the event of loss of house/apartment key the guests will be charged € 200,00, as several locks have to be changed completely.
